General Policies
The following general policies must be followed to return any product directly purchased
by you from the Comm Tech website. Any product returned that does not follow all of our
return policies or procedures will be sent back to you at your expense.
Any of the following cases will result in your product being returned:
- Products not purchased from Comm Tech
- Products returned after their Return Policy Period
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited
to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any product that is returned without the original packaging or accessories, including
the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the
product
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging or for
which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
- Any product that has been damaged
RMA Number
All product returns whether for refund or replacement require a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. You may request an RMA number by selecting the order
from My Orders in your user profile, selecting the Request RMA link after the product
and completing the subsequent form. You will then be notified by email if your request
has been approved and the corresponding RMA number. This number must be clearly
visible on the outside of the shipping box and on the shipping label.
Combo Deals
Combo Deals are two or more products that must purchased together to receive
the discount. An individual combo product may be returned for replacement
if allowed and if within the applicable Return Policy Period for that specific product.
If an individual combo product is returned for a refund, the applicable discount
will be deducted from the amount of the refund. In order to receive a full refund
you will need to return all items in the Combo Special.
Back-ordered Products
If a product is returned for replacement and that item is currently out of stock,
you will be notified of the estimated time for replacement where possible.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup products due to health reasons.
These products are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties only. These products can not be returned for refund or replacement and must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for replacement where possible. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website which can be found by clicking on the Manufactuers logo from the product page.

Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of the order date.
Refunds will not include the original shipping charges. Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will also not be refunded.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if:
Merchandise is returned after 30 days
Merchandise is not returned in its original condition
In order to process a return please visit your account and select the appropriate order. You can then select the items you wish to return which are still within the refund/replacement period. After you fill in the remaining information, you will then be sent by email a Return Request Form which will include the RMA number and further instructions for this return.
The returned shipping box must contain:
RMA Number
Packing slip
Return Request Form
All returns must be shipped using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by Perfumes Inc and was not shipped via a tracking service, is the sole responsibility of the shipper.
