SHIPPING / POLICIES
Shipping charges are free on orders of $65 or more. PerfumesInc.com ships via UPS Standard Ground.
Return Policy
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA from our customer care department by phone or e-mail.
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including packaging and packing slip within 25 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and gift wrapping charges.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health regulations. Please make your selections carefully.
We charge a 25% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for unclaimed, undelivered or returned packages, unless we made an error.

phone us at 800-747-1194 & request an RMA.
•You will receive a return e-mail with the RMA/Shipping label.
(Note: use of this label will deduct postage cost from your refund)
•Print the label on your computer printer.
•Be certain to include a copy of your order.
•Attach the label to your box.
•Then just drop it in any mail box.
•As soon as we have received your returned order, your card will be credited for the returned items less the return postage amount.
We require the following information in your email or when you call to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)
•Order number
•Full name and address
•Phone number
•E-mail address
•Your reason for returning the merchandise
Any return package that has not been received by PerfumesInc.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the sender.
**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
If your package is returned to PerfumesInc.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge the shipping fee again.
Cancel Your Order
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Care Representative.

Claims
